Shipping Method
All orders being shipped, will be handled by DHL Express.
Our international shipping fees are based on a contract between Tanzice and DHL Tanzania to our customers. We are able to offer a flat rate for purchases up to 2 kg in weight or volume all over the world. We might use another currier for larger shipments and bulk deliveries.
We will be able to ship worldwide with few exceptions. Please contact us if your country is not on the list.
International orders
Customs fees & duties will depend on your country’s import regulations. Contact your local DHL office or local authorities for detailed information. Our prices does not include local fees & duties. The recipient is solely responsible for any fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed upon the shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
It’s your responsibility to know the import restrictions for your country. We recommend customers to carefully look into import regulations before placing an order. If your package is refused or destroyed due to your local authorities restrictions, we can not refund your order or offer a replacement.
